One room of many, filled with heavy hearted artists...

...of the most photo realistic quality. Crazy. Scary.

An old part of the wall. Chiang Mai means 'Walled City'.

I entered and implemented my most eloquent verbiage.

The small fish eat the mosquito eggs. Quiet little heros.

The Stupa at Wat Chet Yod showing off new silk scarf.

I wander around the quiet grounds...

...and check out the 7 spires...

...and evade the protective local rooster. What a cock.

Many details have survived for more than 600 years...

...including this classy and traditional Buddha-Fortune-Teller.

"Oooh! I'm the last intact one! I win you guys! You guys?"

A small, riverside chicken farm. Every little girl's dream.

Just walking on the bridge peepin' the hood...

...eating the most wonderful noodle filled sausage.

One of the many day markets [where I'm highly out of place].

A foreigner cemetary - and a 'Campbell' is among them!

And another! that's 2 out of 70! Bad odds for the freshmaker!

Wow, I hope they have more to say about me when I go.

From back when they called Thailand 'Siam'. Those were the days.

Just your typical back alley temple. (Can you tell I'm getting templenumb)

My office in Chiang Mai. Not too shabby.

The lovely courtyard of The Garden Guest House

The front office and my 'master bedroom' above.

After telling clients I'm still there for them - a day out to scale the mountain!

And then a sweaty climb of the few hundred stairs!

The Nagas - sharp teeth, bright colors but fairly harmless.

Sometimes it's so gold, it all just looks totally fake.

All you dumbos: big ears mean good luck by the way.

A monk blesses some temple goers.

The view would have been great - except for the wax paper haze.

Mom - this is how you seemed to me most of my teens :)

God it was hard to not hit every bell.

Little Northern Hill Tribe Girl. Actually makes the hats looks cute.

Planning for the trek with the Danish boys, Kristoffer and Anders.

The horrendously packed Sunday market on my street.

The packed bus full of 12 trekkers. Mostly Swedish. As usual in Thailand.

Walk to a waterfall - this is going to be EASY!

Visual poetry.

Anders, a vision of pure joy!

I was standing down a step. I swear!

Watch your step. Seriously, the closest hospital is not close.

Yes, 12 people in the back of each car. Pretty shitty sir.

Alpha Team gets ready for launch!

Strange Phil leads the way behind 'Bin Laden' (really his nickname)
